Açotec
Solid Works in Steel
Incorporated to Medabil Group in 2010, Açotec is a company from the city of Chapecó, in the State of Santa Catarina. It is recognized in the national market for producing steel structures with high technology and high finishing standards. The company has an engineering department that performs structural calculations and detailed projects, using modern software, which seek to meet customers’ needs and facilitate the production process and the assembly of structures.

Currently, Açotec has a great range of equipment, be it manual, semi or totally automated through the CNC (Computerized Numeric Command) system. This system is integrated into the Engineering computing systems, responsible for all production processes. Critical processes in the manufacture stage are controlled directly by a central computing system, thus guaranteeing the final quality of the steel structures.
The concern and constant monitoring of product quality is among the company’s internal policies. For this, all raw materials are purchased from suppliers that prove their quality standards through the emission of a certificate of origin. In manufacturing, latest-generation equipment is used to process the materials, through cutting, bending, machining, assembly, welding and surface finish.
The effort and dedication to the steel structures, as well as the severity in construction, make Açotec a unit that is able to offer differentiated solutions, through efficient engineering projects, fully computerized, with latest-generation equipment and advanced programs that value concepts of well-being and architectural beauty of the designs.
