Therefore, over the years, the company has been developing different activities and programs in order to value and qualify its professionals. These initiatives aim at the growth of professionals within the company, with a differentiated career plan, and also with the development of various training and capacity development programs.

  • Differentiated Career Plan: Medabil values its professionals. Medabil Group offers its employees the Y Career model, where people committed to develop have guaranteed growth, and may be directed to technical careers or to the management of people within the organization.
  • Support to Capacity Building and Training: Currently, around 15% of the total amount of employees has benefits like scholarships for graduation and specialization courses and language courses.
  • Pro-leader Program: Training of managers for the development of essentials skills to leadership and staff management.
  • Process Improvement Training: Training program that focus on developing concepts of lean engineering and production to work teams, aiming at the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Professional Development: The company also offer trainings in partnership with SENAI (National Industrial Apprenticeship Service) to educate professionals focused on the area of projects and designs.
